Gen 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Gen 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Gen 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
Gen 1:4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
Gen 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
God defined a day as from evening to morning.
Gen 1:8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and
the morning were the second day.
Gen 1:13 And the evening and the morning were the third
day.
Gen 1:19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth
day.
It wasn't until the fourth day of creation that God created the sun and the
moon. Before this, he himself created light to divide the day and night. The Father
and the Son (Lamb) will be the light in the future eternal city of
God.
Rev 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

Gen 1:23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth
day.
Gen 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it
was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Man was created fully mature on the sixth day on a planet that
was created appearing to be old, with plants and animals that were mature in
age.
Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had
made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
On the seventh day God rested and set aside a day for us to rest from work
and to think about our creator who is the almighty creator of all things. All
glory to our God and His Son, Jesus Christ, my savior forever, amen.
