A trumpet will call God's people together and we will worship and praise him. It is time to praise the LORD! About twenty years ago I played in a Brass group who would
perform in various churches. This Summer I have been playing in a Brass sextet
the old hymns. We are to play at a Church this Sunday for the first time. God's people need to praise the LORD!
Psa 47:5 God is gone up with a
shout, the LORD with the sound of a trumpet.
Psa 47:6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.
Psa 47:7 For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.
Psa 47:8 God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness.
Psa 47:9 The princes of the people are gathered together, even the people of the God of Abraham: for the shields of the earth belong unto God: he is greatly exalted.
Psa 47:6 Sing praises to God, sing praises: sing praises unto our King, sing praises.

The LORD has gone up to heaven and he is coming back
to reign in Jerusalem with the shout of a trumpet. Sing praises to the
king.
Psa 34:3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt
his name together.
Psa 69:34 Let the heaven and earth praise him, the
seas, and every thing that moveth therein.
Psa 86:12 I will praise thee, O Lord my God, with all
my heart: and I will glorify thy name for evermore.
Psa 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the
LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
