Without a Doubt

Mar 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Mar 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

The key to these verses is believing without doubt. If you have a goal or purpose in your heart, over time it shall come to pass. Can we move mountains? Yes of course with earth moving equipment. If enough believed in one accord they could move the mountain using shovels. The secret revealed is continuous belief, faith without wavering. God will supply the wisdom and means to accomplish the task.
The same applies to prayer; first we believe in our heart when we pray, we will receive. Sometimes answers come soon, and at other times it may be a long wait. The important thing is continuous belief.

Belief in unity built the tower of Babel.

Gen 11:5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.
Gen 11:6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

What could we in Christ accomplish if we were in unity?

Pray and believe without wavering.

Jas 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Jas 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
Jas 1:7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
Jas 1:8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

My wife and I are going through a time of trials. We are believing God for a healing and a victory. It is not good to get negative or to think on "What ifs", instead we believe that God knows our need and we wait on him. There are mountains of health concerns, finances and real mountains that are moved by continuous faith in God.
Be sure in your heart, that the thing you desire is in God's will for you. You may move mountains, build churches, overcome obstacles and you will have that which God has put in your heart. Only believe, pray and continue in belief.
