Psa 90:4 For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Those trying to fit evolution into the creation story, try to say that the
creation was in thousand year days. I do not see it that way from the Bible.
Gen 1:5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called
Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
A day is defined as evening until morning. The next day begins at the
evening. Adam named his wife Eve, because she was the beginning. Evening is the
beginning of a day in the Bible account. The Sabbath is from sundown Friday to
sundown Saturday. The Sabbath is the seventh day as described by the hand of
God in the ten commandments written in stone; it is a day of rest.
Exo 23:12 Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day
thou shalt rest: that thine ox and thine ass may rest, and the son of thy
handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed.
