Titus
2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all
men,
His
grace is for all men, grace for salvation and grace for living. Grace is available for all, but not all will trust in Jesus for a new life. If you think government will meet your needs, think again. We need the grace of God.
Rom
5:21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through
righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
Titus 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
A new life requires a new heart and new life style to show others that we are the Lord's family. The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin and leads us in the path of righteous living.
Titus
2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God
and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Jude
1:21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus
Christ unto eternal life.
Jude 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
Jude 1:22 And of some have compassion, making a difference:
Jude 1:23 And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
We are to be evangelists, seeking to bring others to the new life of hope in Christ. Those apart from Christ are under the wrath of God because of sin and rebellion.
Mat
24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall
all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in
the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Titus
2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and
purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
We are to to be pure and peculiar. Most of us have half of that right and we are to be zealous, enthusiastic to do good works.
A radio talk show host was warning us that if 40 million aliens are given amnesty then the poor of our nation will suffer as these new workers take low income jobs and go on welfare and free healthcare, our nations will collapse in debt. We will be given opportunities to be zealous in good works; let it start now and let us remain hopeful in the grace of God.
