Isa 60:1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen
upon thee.
Isa 60:2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.
Isa 60:3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
Isa 60:4 Lift up thine eyes round about, and see: all they gather themselves together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy daughters shall be nursed at thy side.
Isa 60:5 Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee.

Jesus, the light of God has come and his church has been born.
Each new believer is to arise out of the darkness and shine the truth of God's
redemption and new life. By grace we are saved by faith in Jesus who died or our
sins. (Eph 2:8)
This scripture also can be applied to Israel seeing and
receiving their Messiah at the second coming of Christ and His Millennial reign
on earth. Gentiles will be drawn to the light of Christ's coming and there shall
be a gathering together of Jews and Gentiles.
There already is a physical gathering of Jews to Israel;
however the gathering together of Jews and Gentiles had started at the
beginning of the Church. The wall of separation of Jew from Gentiles has come
down for those who are become one spirit filled people by faith in the Lord
Jesus Christ. There are not diverse gods and many ways to God. There is but one
God and one way, through Christ Jesus. (John 14:6)
Eph 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ,
being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants
of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
Eph 2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
Eph 2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
Eph 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Eph 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
Eph 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

Let your light shine in this sin darkened world, so that
others may see Jesus and be saved.
