Chinese Omelette

We used to have breakfast at a Chinese restaurant that made a special omelette. To make the omelette start with a little oil in a frying pan. Add onions and fresh bean sprouts. Separate the veggies to make room for the eggs. It looks like a birds nest.
Scramble the eggs adding salt and pepper.
When the eggs are cooked combine all the ingredients. You may add a few almonds for a special touch. We do not have to eat out in order to enjoy special recipes. The best way to earn money when retired is to not spend it on wasteful things.

Mat 14:19  And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
Mat 14:20  And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.
Mat 14:21  And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

For the vegetarians, he multiplied the loaves and fish; bread and meat. I like the vegetables too. Chinese food contains a lot of vegetables, I like them all. Have you a favorite recipe?
