Rainfall

A lot of our nation's problems come from ignoring God and his commands.  He does control the weather and the rainfall.

Lev 26:3  “If you walk in my statutes and observe my commandments and do them, 

Lev 26:4  then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Is it an absolute rule that he withholds rain from evil doers? No, he is long suffering and desires that all believe in him and the atonement for our sins through the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mat 5:44  But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; 

Mat 5:45  That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. 

 Hos 6:1  “Come, let us return to the LORD; for he has torn us, that he may heal us; he has struck us down, and he will bind us up. 

Hos 6:2  After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will raise us up, that we may live before him. (Just as Jesus was raised from the grave on the third day.)

Hos 6:3  Let us know; let us press on to know the LORD; his going out is sure as the dawn; he will come to us as the showers, as the spring rains that water the earth.” 

It is a good thing to trust in God and to thank him for his many blessings.
