Strength from God

Isa 40:28  Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.
Isa 40:29  He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Isa 40:30  Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:
Isa 40:31  But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Our thoughts can make us weary and weak, so we are to look to God, wait on him and he will give us strength. The events of the world do not have him worried. He sets up leaders and he takes them down. Perhaps some are for our testing? Will we follow evil for our daily bread or will we trust the Lord to make a way for us. We are not as animals, but we are created to be in the image of God. He is God, not us, we do not make him in our image as some say, but we are to change our thoughts and behavior to be like our Lord Jesus Christ. He has given us grace for salvation and grace for strength and the ability to do his will in our lives.

2Co 12:9  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2Co 12:10  Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.

We are not to focus on our lack but rather on his abundance. He will give us grace to do his will so that in our weakness we are strong through him. Giving all glory to God in all things. Seeking his will we may ask and receive of him that which will give life to souls for His glory.
