If we are one of God's covenant people; Israel or Christians, then he will not forsake
us. The blood of Jesus washes away our sins and reproach. Jesus was feeling
forsaken on the cross bearing our sins, so the fear of being forsaken was dealt with on the
cross as were our sins and curses. He will never leave or forsake us who trust
in Jesus.
