2Ki 10:27 And they brake down the image of Baal, and brake down the house of Baal, and made it a draught house unto this day.
2Ki 10:28 Thus Jehu destroyed Baal out of Israel.

King Jehu destroyed the images of Baal, a false god and made their worship place a draught house. I was curious to find the meaning of a draught house, so I looked it up in the concordance. A draught house I assume is like an outhouse, a place of human waste, a sewer. Not a pleasant place in the natural, a place of a horrible stench. But the worship of Baal was a vile and horrible thing spiritually to the LORD.
Consider your life; is it vile to God or a pleasant fragrance of a child of God? Do we speak stinking words? Do our words defile others? It isn't what goes in the mouth that defiles, but what is spoken from the mouth.
Mat 15:17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
Mat 15:18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
Mat 15:19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
Mat 15:20 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.
Paul spoke of the things he once loved more than God, useless idols of the world, wrong thinking, and self pride; these were counted as dung in comparison with the new life in Christ.
Php 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
Let us speak good things and serve Christ to honor him with our life making our lives a sweet savor to the LORD. Leave the worthless things that perish and grab hold of that which will last forever.
